Inside MyLife

A home for your everyday

Your life has a lot of parts.
They belong together.

The book on your nightstand. The meal you want to make. The habit you’re finding time for. The trip that’s finally happening.

MyLife brings the practical and personal parts of your day into one customizable hub. Choose the apps you need, keep your records close, and build a space that feels like your life.

Start small. A budget and a reading list are enough. Add more when there’s something you want to make room for.

Choose your apps

Start with the parts of your life you want to organize. Enabled modules define your everyday workspace.

Find your way back

Use the hub to move between your records, your activity, and the next thing you want to do.

Keep your history

Disabling an app removes it from your active workspace. It preserves the data for when you return.

A day in MyLife

Life happens
between the apps.

Follow a few ordinary moments. Each one has a place to land.

7:30

Today does not have to be a complete reinvention.

Start with a little space.

Check in with yourself, record a familiar routine, and make one small plan for the day.

  1. MyMood

    Name how you feel

A quick check-in gives this morning a little context.

  2. MyMeds

    Review your schedule

Keep the existing medication routine in view.

  3. MyHabits

    Do the small thing

A few pages, a stretch, or the habit you chose.

These journeys illustrate moving between apps. They do not imply every step is automatically connected or synchronized.

Your money

A plan for today.
Room for tomorrow.

Give the month a shape before it gets away from you. Keep accounts, purchases, and recurring costs close enough to understand them together.

  1. Plan your month

Create envelopes for groceries, housing, saving, and the things you are looking forward to. Assign money deliberately so a balance has a purpose.

  3. Review and adjust

Look through account balances, spending reports, and recurring subscriptions. Move your attention to the categories that need a new plan.

Your health & daily rhythm

Take care of the person
doing all the living.

  1. Choose a habit

Name one behavior and set its schedule. Make the action specific enough that you know what completing it means.

  1. Build your health picture

Add a measurement, set a goal, or review a supported health data connection. Choose the records you want to maintain.

  2. Keep useful context

Open the wellness timeline to revisit measurements and check-ins. Store a document in the vault when it belongs with your health history.

MyMeds

MyMeds organizes medication records, schedules, refills, and the notes that give those records context. It is a place to keep track of an existing care routine and prepare a more useful history.

  1. Set up your medication

Add the medication and its prescribed schedule. Review the saved details so the record matches the instructions you were given.

  2. Log the day

Record your medication activity and keep relevant diary notes. Open the schedule to see what belongs to the current routine.

  3. Stay ahead of a refill

Review refill records, medication history, and supported measurement logs. Export relevant history when you want to discuss it with your care team.

MyCycle

Public beta

Your cycle, with your own context.

MyCycle provides a private record of cycle dates, day-level symptoms, and temperature history. It helps you keep a consistent personal history without turning an estimate into a certainty.

  1. Log a day

Record cycle information and the symptoms you want to track. You decide how much detail belongs in the entry.

  2. Review your history

Open a cycle detail or temperature chart to see how your recorded days relate over time. Predictions remain estimates.

  3. Review sharing choices

The app defines partner-sharing and pregnancy-tracking surfaces. Review available controls and current feature readiness before choosing to share sensitive information.

MyMood

Public beta

Make a little room for how you are.

MyMood gives feelings a place to be recorded without needing a perfectly written explanation. Day details, meditation, and focus sessions sit alongside your check-ins.

  1. Check in with yourself

Log a mood and add the context you want to remember. A brief entry can be enough to make the day easier to revisit.

  2. Take a pause

Open a supported meditation or focus session. Choose a practice that fits the moment, with no pressure to turn every check-in into a project.

  3. Look back gently

Review day details and recurring patterns in your own entries. Use the record for reflection, without treating it as a clinical assessment.

MyPresence

Public beta

Give your attention somewhere to go.

MyPresence is built around intentional phone use, focus sessions, and reflection. Name what you want time for, then give that intention a place in your day.

  1. Set an intention

Choose what you want to focus on and review the app-intention controls available on your device.

  2. Begin a session

Start a focus session or plan a scheduled one. Device-level controls depend on platform permissions and supported integrations.

  3. Reflect when you finish

Use the session-complete and reflection surfaces to record how it went. Review daily reports and insights to notice how your attention is changing.

MyWorkouts

Public beta

Keep the work you put in.

MyWorkouts organizes exercises, workout plans, logged sessions, and training history. It gives each session enough context to make the next one more deliberate.

  1. Build your session

Choose exercises and organize a workout. Review previous sessions and the relevant exercise details before deciding what to do.

  2. Log the work

Record the sets and performance details as you train. GPS workout surfaces support a different kind of session where available.

  3. Review and return

Look at workout history, recovery views, and progress tools. DoWork is the paired standalone experience; platform and release differences can still apply.

MyNutrition

Public beta

Remember the meal, understand the day.

MyNutrition brings food entries, portions, water, and daily notes into a food diary. It helps you see what you recorded across the day and keep useful context around the numbers.

  1. Log something you ate

Find or add a food, review its portion, and place it in the appropriate meal. Barcode and photo entry surfaces may depend on their configured data sources.

  2. Keep the day complete

Edit a meal when something changes, record water, and add diary notes. Review entries so the day reflects what you meant to log.

  3. Review your food history

Use the dashboard and nutrition insights to revisit the record. Treat estimates as estimates, especially when a food source or portion is uncertain.

Browse the moon calendar, transit timeline, or daily reading. Treat the content as a prompt for reflection rather than a forecast you must act on.

  2. Organize the journey

Open the trip workspace to maintain its itinerary, booking context, and travel notes as supported by the current surface.

The wider MyLife world

More of life,
in the making.

These 23 apps are part of the suite’s development work. They are currently hidden from the user-facing hub. Explore their intended workflows without mistaking them for available features.

Your life is personal

It should stay
in your hands.

Private local records are the starting point. Sharing is a choice with a purpose.

Local by default

Personal records live on your device by default. Core local workflows do not need a public profile. A connected feature can have its own account, network, or service requirements.

Sharing you choose

Device pairing and shared workspaces have their own controls. Sensitive workspace sharing requires verified pairing. A private record does not become public just because another app has a community.

Public means connected

BestChef’s public recipes, rankings, and community run through its online service. Other connected apps also have service boundaries. The private hub is not a promise that all public activity stays offline.

A way to take it with you

Use the hub’s backup and restore workflow to keep a recoverable copy. Individual apps also expose exports where supported. Keep backups somewhere private and review what you share.

A few useful details

Before you begin.

Can I download every app shown here?

No. The registry currently places 5 apps in the launch group and 13 in public beta. Another 23 are hidden and in development. These labels describe the product configuration. This showcase does not establish store availability or production readiness.

Is this the actual MyLife app?

This is an interactive product guide with fictional examples. The controls demonstrate workflows in this page only. They do not access your MyLife records, connect a bank, record health data, or submit community content.

Do all of the apps work offline?

Private local workflows are the default. Features such as public publishing, marketplace activity, external data lookups, and connected services can require a network and account. Availability depends on the app and feature.

How does BestChef fit into MyLife?

The hub’s recipes surface is a scoped adapter for personal recipe workflows. BestChef’s standalone product owns the full public cooking and community experience. Its public data is managed by its online service.

What happens if I disable an app?

Its data is preserved. You can remove a module from your active workspace without treating that choice as deletion. Account deletion, clearing data, and backup restoration are separate actions.

Where are pricing and store links?

This guide does not announce prices or a store launch. Current availability and purchase terms should be confirmed on the released product surface when available.

Does this page collect my information?

This guide adds no analytics, cookies, account forms, or app-data connections. Demo choices stay in memory and reset when you reload. The hosting provider may process standard requests to serve the page and manage access.
